About Me
Hello, my name is Ayleen and I am the owner and operator of Silvi Boards & Treats based out of Brick, NJ. First and foremost I am a wife and proud mom of two amazing teenage boys. I live for warm summer days and spending time with the family. For the past 25 years I’ve had a fulfilling career working in healthcare doing what I love supporting and helping people. In the midst of all of this I’ve always had a passion for food (especially cheese), entertaining, and bringing people together while creating luxury boards, grazing boxes, and tables for all occasions. That’s why I finally decided to take a chance and create my first Charcuterie business so I can bring a little bit of my magic to your next event. Stay tuned for more exciting things to come. What areas do you service?We are based out of Brick, New Jersey. We service all surrounding towns to include Ocean and Monmouth County. For all other counties please contact us to discuss travel availability and rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?Cash payments are not accepted, but we do accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major Credit Cards.

Is Silvi Boards a licensed Business?We are licensed by the state of New Jersey, inspected by the Ocean County department of Health and carry Liability Insurance.

What will be on my board?Boards are custom designed based on occasion and theme. We will use produce/items seasonally available and no two boards will look the same. We use high quality charcuterie meats and cheeses and the freshest produce we can find. I shop locally grown produce when available, as well as Whole Foods Market, Trader Joes, and local Supermarkets.

How many people will my board serve?Recommended sizes are listed with each board description as an appetizer portion. If you are entertaining big eaters or as a main course we recommend sizing up on your board.

How long will my board stay fresh?We recommend consuming your board within 24 hours for optimal quality. If you need to serve the board at a later time. Please let us know so we can choose ingredients that will hold their quality.

Is your facility Nut free?We are not 100% nut free and work with different nuts in our kitchen. It is your responsibility to indicate any allergy you may have

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us after check out so I can make appropriate arrangements for your order.

What is your cancellation policy?Unfortunately, there are no refunds. All cancelations within 7 days of event will get store credit and can be used at a later date for up to 12 months.

Do you offer workshops?Yes, we offer private and public workshops with a ten-person minimum.
