Grazing Table Experiences

BOOKING & EVENT DETAILS

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Installation

• A $150 Styling & Installation Fee applies to all grazing tables.

• Travel fees are calculated separately based on event location.

• Our team arrives 1-2 hours prior to event start time for setup.

Important Notes

• We do not provide tables or table linens.

• Individual guest plates, napkins, and utensils are not included unless added.

• Multi-Dimensional Grazing Table display boards and styling pieces must be returned or scheduled for pickup (next-day pickup available for an additional fee).

• Grazing tables are best enjoyed within 2-3 hours of setup.

SIGNATURE GRAZING TABLE

$24 per person

(35 guest minimum)

A beautifully styled flat-lay grazing experience arranged directly on your table using food-grade parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Includes:

Gourmet cheeses, Premium cured meats, Fresh and dried fruits, Seasonal vegetables, Nuts, olives & cornichons, Jams, honey & specialty spreads, Sweets & chocolates, Artisan crackers, Freshly baked breads, Bamboo tongs and serving utensils, Light seasonal greenery styling

Available in 4ft, 6ft, or 8ft table formats based on guest count.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL GRAZING TABLE

$30 per person

(30 guest minimum)

An elevated, layered grazing display designed with varying heights, boards, and specialty platters to create a dramatic visual centerpiece.

Includes everything in the Signature Grazing Table, plus:

Hummus & spinach dip

2-3 specialty platters (based on guest count)

Decorative display boards and serving pieces

Light seasonal greenery styling

Includes bamboo tongs and serving utensils.

STYLING & FLORAL ENHANCEMENTS

Each grazing table includes light seasonal greenery for a naturally elegant presentation.

For additional impact, we offer:

Enhanced Greenery Styling - $75 per table

A fuller greenery installation adding texture and dimension throughout the display.

Fresh Floral Styling - Starting at $125 per table

Fresh blooms thoughtfully styled to complement your event's color palette and aesthetic.
